If you have supported tickets in the past, the most recent support tickets will show up in the Most Recent Support Tickets box on the Helpdesk dashboard. To view all your your tickets click on the See all your tickets link.
You can also navigate to your tickets by hovering over Support in the top navigation bar and selecting once of the options: Submit New Ticket, Open Tickets, Closed Tickets, and Knowledgebase.
However you navigated to your tickets it will look the same. You can view your open tickets and closed tickets on the same page. If you click on a ticket you will see something similar to the image below.
