Submitting a new support ticket

How to submit a new support ticket:

  1. In the top navigation bar hover over the Support button and then click on Submit New Ticket.
  2. Select a type of ticket that your question pertains to.
  3. Declare a priority for your ticket.
  4. Select which package/product your ticket applies to. May only have one option unless you have more than one account.
  5. Enter in a subject for your message.
  6. Enter in your message pr question.
  7. You also have the option to upload a file with your message. If you want to add multiple files to your message click the Add a New File link.
  8. Click the Submit button

Note: We try to address lots of common questions in our Knowledgebase. If you start typing in the search bar, Knowledgebase article suggestions will pop as you type.
