How to edit account details

How to edit your account details in the helpdesk:

  1. Login to the helpdesk.
  2. On the right side of the Dashboard screen will be a box labeled Account Details. Click Edit Your Details
  3. Here you can edit your profile. Some of the fields you can edit are:
    • Organization
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Fax
    • Address
    • Email format
    • Language
    • IvyCat new s signup
  4. You can edit delete, or add an alternate email address and choose what it receives (notifications, invoices, support).
  5. Update your billing
  6. Change your password
  7. Click the Update button on each option after you have modified something to save your changes.

Note: you can also navigate to your details by clicking on the Account link in the top navigation bar and choosing which option you want to see or modify.
