How to edit your account details in the helpdesk:
- Login to the helpdesk.
- On the right side of the Dashboard screen will be a box labeled Account Details. Click Edit Your Details
- Here you can edit your profile. Some of the fields you can edit are:
- Organization
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Fax
- Address
- Email format
- Language
- IvyCat new s signup
- You can edit delete, or add an alternate email address and choose what it receives (notifications, invoices, support).
- Update your billing
- Change your password
- Click the Update button on each option after you have modified something to save your changes.
Note: you can also navigate to your details by clicking on the Account link in the top navigation bar and choosing which option you want to see or modify.
